Wild Roots Wellness Center is a premier holistic wellness clinic located at 1030 Andrews Hwy, Suite 108, Midland, TX 79701. We are dedicated to helping patients optimize their health through personalized, evidence-informed care. We specialize in hormone replacement therapy, testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), and medical weight loss, with a focus on restoring energy, confidence, metabolic health, and overall well-being.

  • Nikki Wade, APRN, FNP-C, MSCP

    Nikki is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and received her Master of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. She is a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, is certified in bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) from The BHRT Academy, and is a certified Evexipel provider. She has a vast amount of nursing experience including women’s health, labor and delivery, school nursing, home health, and plastic surgery. As an NP she has experience in family medicine, allergy, asthma and ENT, as well as bio-identical hormone replacement therapy and sexual wellness.

    Nikki is passionate about individualized care that includes addressing diet and lifestyle to prevent and/or treat diseases. Her goal at Wild Roots Wellness Center is to have the time during appointments to discuss these things with patients and to walk along side them as they make these changes in their life.

    Nikki is happily married with 2 sons and a daughter.  In her free time you will find her spending time with family, traveling, and reading.
