Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the providers’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Please note that we do not accept insurance, Medicare or Medicaid for our services. We are committed to providing the highest quality of care and treatments, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Return & Refund Policy
At Wild Roots Wellness, we offer goods and services that are irrevocable. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for any product or service. In consenting to be treated, it is important that patients understand and accept this condition.
Once services are purchased they will not be refunded, however, to ensure our clients always receive the greatest experience at Wild Roots Wellness, unused service values (cash equivalent for the remaining amount of a treatment package) can be applied to any other service at Wild Roots Wellness.
All treatments, procedures, and or pre-paid packages are non-refundable. Packages are non-transferable.

Chargeback Policy
Upon payment for services rendered, the charges are final and non-refundable. Any disputes or chargebacks through the purchaser’s credit card issuer will not be accepted after services have been provided. If a chargeback is initiated or the charge is disputed, the purchaser will be held responsible for any fees, costs, or legal expenses incurred by Wild Roots Wellness in the process of resolving the dispute.
In the event of a chargeback, treatment may be withheld, and any further procedures may be contingent upon payment of outstanding balances.
We will be honest in all of our dealings with you. How you may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person. It is virtually impossible to predict results, and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed -- not for a specific result. However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you.
